Shrimp Curry

Ingredients: 

3 lbs white belly shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ of a lime

3 scallion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 Thai chili pepper

1 tsp salt

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp canola oil

Curry Paste

2 tbsp + 1 tsp curry powder

¼ tsp cumin

1 tbsp crushed ginger

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp water
