Shrimp Pasta Primavera


1 cup dry whole wheat penne pasta
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup frozen broccoli, steamed according to package directions
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons of fresh garlic or 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder (whichever you have on hand)
Italian herb blend, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
