Shrimp stir-fry

Ingredients: 

1 Tbsp sesame oil
3/4 lb shrimp
1 cup snow peas
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup yellow squash
3/4 cup red pepper strips
2 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 1/3 cup hot cooked rice


  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Add shrimp and vegetables.
  3. Stir fry til pink and veggies are tender crisp.
  4. Combine starch, soy sauce, and 1/3 cup water. Add to skillet, stirring until thick.
  5. Serve over rice.
