Simple 2-ingredient Chia Cookies


If you liked my banana and oats cookies, here are some more ideas. Just replace the oats with chia seeds or sesame seeds, or even mix both types of seeds. I added some shredded coconut and grinded oats as well, but that’s optional.


1 ripe banana
1 cup of seeds

Mash the banana with a fork or another tool and add the seeds. Mix the ingredients well and form equal balls out of the mixture. Put greased parchment paper on your tray so your cookies won’t stick. Put the balls on the paper and flatten them a bit. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 180°C (350°F).
