Ingredients: 

6 garlic cloves, minced
4 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
3 C water
12 oz ziti pasta (3¾ C)
4 oz (1/2 C) whole-milk ricotta
½ C heavy cream
½ C Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ C chopped fresh basil
1 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
