1 Cup Pre-Soaked Pitted Dates
2 Cups Raw Pecans

1/2 Cup Non-Fat Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Honey (or Agave/Maple Syrup/Stevia)
3 Packets of Truvia (or Stevia Brand of Choice)
1 Tsp Cinnamon (or more depending on how much you want for the top)

3 Cups Pre-Soaked Cashews (I soak mine overnight)
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Agave Nectar (Maple Syrup or Honey)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1 Tsp Cinnamon (or more depending on how much you want for the top)
