Skinny Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes


3 servings equals 3 points each


1 cup lowfat milk (or almond or soy milk)
1/2 cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2-1 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp Splenda (optional, but I wanted it sweeter)
