Potato starch ... 3-4 tbsp

Wrap the peeled potatoes tightly in a wrap and heat in a 600w range for 5-6 minutes until soft.
Add mashed sugar and butter with a masher and mix well. When it cools, add the potato starch dissolved in water and knead well.
Put it in a bag, flatten it, and divide it into pieces of your choice. (About 30 grains this time) Roll it neatly.
Put about 6 grains in oil heated to high temperature (about 180 degrees) and fry for about 1 minute until it is rolled and browned so that it will not crack.
Drain the oil well and you're done. This is cream cheese. It was delicious.
