Slow-Cooker Black Bean Soup

Notes: 

I'd add a shot of something spicy like Tabasco, or put in some diced pablano peppers. That will give it a little "kick".

Ingredients: 

1 lb. dry black beans, soaked overnight and rinsed
6-7 c. chicken or turkey stock
2 onions, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced
3 t. chile powder
2 t. cumin
2-3 t. hot sauce
1 T. prepared mustard
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream, shredded cheese and green onions (optional for garnish)
