Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Loin

Notes:

I rubbed the roast with a cut garlic glove, and i also through about 1 tsp of minced garlic that i spread out with my fingers over the roast. Then, I made the rub, as modified below, and smeared that on top. 6 hours on low. Then, put the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on top, and cook for another hour. Remove roast, cover with foil, and use corn starch to thicken for gravy. Don't overthicken -- keep a little loose.

This was absurdly delicious. This is going into my arsenal of "go-to" nice family meal or for company, or just cuz we're really hungry and have pork roast :)
