Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients: 

(2) 14-oz cans artichoke hearts
(1) 10-oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz sour cream
1 sm diced onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
3/4 c parmesan cheese
3/4 c milk
1/2 c feta
1/3 c mayo
1 T red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
