Smoked Cod with Fragrant rice


This dish is essentially a dry fish curry and works best with big meaty fish like Salmon, Haddock or in this case smoked Cod


Serves 2

Large fillet of smoked cod – poached in milk for a few minutes until cooked.

120 grams of Basmati rice

Handul of chopped spinach

2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

: Curry paste

1/2 small red onion

1tps ginger paste

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tps gara masala

2 tps dried coriander leave

1 cardamom pod

1tps turmeric

a large glug of veg oil
