Add two tablespoons of creme fraiche.
Add cubed smoked cod and put lid on pan so that it can poach in the creme fraiche.
Add some lemon juice and black pepper for flavour. You don't need much salt as cod is quite salty.
Add cannellini beans and a big handful of spinach and put lid on again to allow spinach to wilt.
Serve on a bed of rocket.
