Smoked Salmon Mousse

Ingredients: 

2 ½ ounces smoked salmon
1 shallot, chopped
1 tbsp celery, chopped
½ tsp lime juice
½ teaspoon horseradish
2 tbsp heavy cream
¼ tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Fresh chives for garnish


  1. Chop and blend together all ingredients - smoked salmon, shallot, celery, lime juice, horseradish, cream, salt, and cayenne pepper - in a food processor until smooth
  2. Refrigerate until firm
  3. Serve with crackers, phyllo pastry cups, or cucumber slices. Garnish with fresh chives.
