1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
freshly-ground black pepper, additional sea salt and olive oil for serving
