Ingredients: 

400 g/ 3 cups all-purpose flour
30 g/1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 ¼ teaspoons dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
230 g/1 cup water
60 g/¼ cup yogurt
1 tablespoons oil
nigella seeds (or cumin seeds, if you like them)
3-4 tablespoons ghee or butter
