Ingredients: 

6 C vegetable broth or 6 C water
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 1/2 C (you can also use canned)
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced (1 cup)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/2 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen cut green beans
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
2 C fresh broccoli florets
2 C cauliflower florets, bite-sized pieces
1 C frozen whole kernel corn
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
