Sour Cream Halibut Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 cup white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb halibut fillet
2 cups fine breadcrumbs
1/4Hli cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Lemon juice to taste
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
paprika
dash/pinch of caynne


Servings:
4-6

Mix wine and salt. Pour over halibut and marinate at least one hour and up to 1 day.

Drain filets on paper towels.

Dip in bread crumbs and place in greased baking dish.

Combine mayo, sour cream, onion and lemon juice. Spread over the fish.

Sprinkle with cheese and then paprika.

Bake at 475 for 20-25 minutes or until done.
