2 thick pork chops
(1/2 c beef broth, 1 t mustard, 1 T parsley, 1/2 t paprika)
4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 small onion, sliced
1/2 c sour cream
Brown chops in large skillet. Mix all ingredients, except sour cream & pour over chops. Cover & simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chops & set aside. Mix sour cream w juice in pan. Add pork chops & simmer 10 mi. Serve over rice.
