Add 3 cups chopped frozen cranberries 2nd knead cycle

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup pumpkin pie mix (with spices added)
1 cup sour dough starter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or oil
