Spaghetti with Leek Ragu – serves 2

300grams Spaghetti (fresh or dried – both good!)
4-5 baby leeks, depending on size, sliced and washed
2-3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 glass brilliant white wine
100mls of chicken stock
Olive oil
Salt and cracked black pepper
Pecorino cheese.
