Ingredients: 

2 eggs
3tn lemon juice
1tsn dijon
1/2 tsn salt
pinch whie pepper
1 1/4 cuts netural oil

  1. Whizz or shake - do not use food processor.
  2. Add 1/4 more oil if thicker wanted or if thinner hadd hot water.
  3. Keeps 2 weeks in jar. 
  4.
