Spelt breakfast muffins

Ingredients: 

Butter, 80 gr (1/3 cup + 1 tsp), melted
Eggs, 2
Milk* (semi-skimmed, or full fat), 100 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
Cashew butter*, 2 tbsp
Ground almond, 150 gr (1 + ⅓ cup)
Spelt oats, 50 gr (1/2 cup)
Spelt flour, 50 gr (1/2 cup)
Baking powder, 2 tsp
Coconut sugar*, 80 gr (1/3 cup + 1 tsp)
Pinch of salt
Apple, 1 big one, peeled and cut finely
Raisins, 4 tbsp
