Spicy Asian Chicken Noodle Soup (Gluten Free)

6 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
1 Tbsp. xylitol (or brown sugar)
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (or Asian chili sauce)
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into 8 slices
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into long, thin strips (about 2 inches)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups snap peas (or snow peas)
1 red bell pepper, cut into long, thin strips
1 tsp. lime zest (about 1 lime)
8 oz. rice noodles, prepared according to package directions
