Spicy Black Bean Soup with Jalapeño Cream

2 tablespoons oil

1 large onion, finely diced

3 stalks of celery, finely diced

1 red bell pepper, finely diced

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon coriander

3 (15-oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed

2-3 tablespoons hot sauce

4 cups vegetable stock

1 (15-oz) can diced tomatoes

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Fresh lime wedges, for garnish

For the Jalapeño Cream:

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced

Juice of 1 lime
