Spicy Honey Garlic Salmon


An easy dish that is sweet with a kick. Serve with roasted vegetables or a salad.


2 6oz salmon filets cut into strips if desired
Black Pepper
Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
Red pepper flakes

  1.  Mix honey, vinegar and warm water.
  2.  Season salmon with black pepper, salt and Cayenne pepper.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium -  medium high heat.
  4. Cook salmon skin side up for 7 minutes.
  5. Add garlic after 6 minutes and let cook 1 minute.
  6. Flip salmon and add honey mix.
  7. Add red pepper flakes to desired spice level.
  8. Cook an additional 5 minutes until honey mix is sticky and salmon is done.
  9. To serve drizzle honey mix over salmon.
