Spicy nut balls


Makes about 15


100 ml or 90 g walnuts
50 ml sunflower seeds (soak for half an hour)
100 ml or 50 g sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 tsp paprika / red pepper powder
1/2 tsp cayenne or chili powder-
salt two key
1-2 garlic cloves
4 cm/1.6 inches leek
1 handful rocket leaves
