60 g Parmesan cheese, cut in pieces (2 cm)
1 garlic clove
1 orange, thin peelings of skin only
80 g onions, quartered
200 g carrots, cut in pieces (2 cm)
125 g fresh baby spinach
1 large egg
125 g almond milk
40 g orange juice, freshly squeezed
300 g wholemeal flour
35 g chia seeds (see tip)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp fine sea salt
½ tsp ground nutmeg
60 g pumpkin seeds (see tip)
