Sticky Blackened Tempeh, Cider Vinegar Chard


Makes 1, with leftover tempeh


Chard Greens:
1 medium bunch of rainbow chard, organic - chopped (rough end stems removed)
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
sprinkle of hemp seeds

Temeph: (makes 6 logs)
6 thick logs of tempeh, any variety - from one package tempeh
1 1/2 Tbsp safflower oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp tamari
1/2 tsp liquid smoke (helps to de-glaze the pan too)
fine pepper to taste
