Sticky Lime and Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

Notes: 

substitute soy sauce for oyster sauce
use 1x sauce per chicken breast

Ingredients: 

• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, excess fat removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 bunches of broccoli rabe (also known as Rapini), cut into florets
• 2 scallions, diced
• steamed white rice
