Method
About 25 mid sized Pork ribs
Stage 1.
Dry Rub:
1 tbs smoked paprika
1 tbs salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs dried oregano
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs cumin
Sling your ribs into a big, deep bowl, combine the dry rub ingredients and cover the ribs with it – cling n sling in the fridge for a good 24 hours!!! This is deep, deep marination!
Stage 2.
Sticky sauce:
4 tbs spoons light soy sauce
4 tbs runny honey
1 tbs celery salt
2 tbs tomato paste
2 tbs dark brown sugar
2 tbs Jack Daniels
