Ingredients: 

Marinade:
1/3 C soy sauce
1/2 C veggie or chicken broth
3 T rice wine vinegar
2 T corn starch
2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
Stir-Fry:
1 lb thinly sliced flank steak
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 T olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, halved
4 oz shiitake mushrooms, halved
3 C kale, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
