Ingredients: 

Cupcakes:
·1/2 Cup Grapeseed oil, or other oil of choice
·3/4 Cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
·1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
·1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
·1 Cup Evaporated Cane Sugar
·1/2 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Natural Cocoa Powder
·1/2 Teaspoon Salt
·2 Large eggs, at room temperature
·1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract ·1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
·1 Cup Stout

Frosting:
·1 8 oz Package of Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
·1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
·2 Teaspoons Instant Espresso Powder
·1 Cup Powdered Sugar
·Pinch Salt
