Strawberry, Blueberry & Mango Galette

Ingredients: 

Cornmeal Pate Brisee
(makes 1 9inch single crust)

1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Cornmeal
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cold, cut into small pieces
1/8 – 1/4 cup Ice Water

Strawberry, Mango, Blueberry Galette

All Purpose Flour, for dusting
(Above) Cornmeal Pate Brisee
2 Cups Fresh BLueberries
1 Mango, peeled and sliced
2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup Sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tbsp)
2 tbsp Cornstarch
Pinch of Salt
1 egg replacer, lightly beaten
Sugar for sprinkling, optional
