Ingredients:

24 med. sized strawberries, washed and hulled
5 T whipped cream cheese
1 T powdered sugar
1/8-1/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1 dash cinnamon

Prep your strawberries.
Mix the cream cheese with sugar, add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
Put the graham crackers into a small bowl and sprinkle a little cinnamon into it, stir.
With a small spoon, fill the center each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture. Then dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate if you don't eat them right away.
