2 T Olive Oil
Juice from 1 Lemon
1/2 to 1 clove garlic
1/4 C Filtered Water
1/2 C young coconut flesh
3 t. Chipotle Seasoning

3 Avocados

1 cup Jicama, diced
1/2 cup Celery, diced
1 1/2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Sweet Onion, diced
