1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup flour
Icing
Sprinkles/Edible glitter
MAKES ABOUT 70 COOKIES!
1. Whip the butter with hands until creamy. Mix in powdered sugar really well.
2. Add in the eggs, 1 at a time, and mix in really well.
3. Pour in the baking powder, vanilla extract, corn starch, and flour into the bowl. Knead until everything is mixed in. You should now have a cookie dough.
4. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface and cut out with cookie cutters. Roll out the scraps and cut out more cookies until there is no more dough left.
5. Bake for 10-15 mins. at 350•. You can then put icing and sprinkles/edible glitter on top.
