2 mashed bananas (for cake, 3 for bread)
Pinch of salt
1 egg
3/4 cup dextrose
1 small teaspoon bi-carb soda
1/2 cup milk
Vanilla
Mix it all together, put into prepared tin. Cook for appropriate time in moderate oven:
Cake: 20 mins
Bread: 20 mins
Muffins: 10-15 mins
Mini Muffins: 7-10 mins
Notes:
This works really well with some chic chips in it, and tastes even better with the cream cheese icing on top (cream cheese, dextrose, butter, vanilla)!
