Summer Berry Crisp

Notes: 

* Serves 6-8

* Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Ingredients: 

Filling:
6-8 cups assorted fresh berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
Grated zest of 1 orange
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. orange-flavored liqueur such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. cornstarch
Topping:
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour (all-purpose will work, too)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant)
6 T. unsalted butter (3/4 stick)
