SUPER-SIMPLE CEREAL-AND-FRUIT BAR

Ingredients: 

1 cup rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)

1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats, whole or ground in a food processor

3 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped dried fruit

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds (or whatever nut your prefer)

1/4 cup brown rice syrup, honey or molasses

2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

1/3 cup nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, etc.)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
