Sweet & Sour Broccoli with Beef

2 tablespoons soy sauce
I pound beef (top round or flan k work well)
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
5 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons sugar
8 ounce package Chinese noodles
2 cup Wildtree Outrageous Orange Sauce

Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20 second intervals or until the sugar is dissolved.

Prepare Chinese noodles according to package directions; drain and keep warm.

Cut beef into chunks or strips. Pound beef into very thin strips and then cut into smaller bite size pieces if desired. Marinate beef in the soy sauce mixture from step I for at least 30 minutes.

While noodles are cooking, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.Add the marinated beef and saute until browned, about 3 minutes.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until knife tender. Drain and set aside.

Add the blanched broccoli and continue cooking until heated through. Add the Outrageous Orange Sauce and stir until everything is coated in sauce.

Serve beef and broccoli over cooked noodles. Garnish with chopped cashews and sesame seeds if desired.
