Sweet & Spicy Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cut into 2 inches pieces
1/2 opinion, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
4 Bok Choy leaves, sliced
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup Reduced sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp ground ginger
2 Tsp minced garlic
1 Tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp canola oil

1) Mix together honey, soy, ginger, sugar, garlic and Sriracha in a small bowl.

2) Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and chicken. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until brown on both side, turning once.

3) Add Broccoli and Bok Choy along with sauce mix.

4) Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked, about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle Sesame seeds over the chicken and serve in it's own or with Basmati Rice.
