Ingredients: 

2 Pounds Swiss chard, washed and cut into 2 pieces
1/4 Cup soy flour, sifted
3 large eggs
3/4 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup water
1/4 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons mixed fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, chives, tarragon, dill, etc.)
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon ground pepper
