Swiss Chard Hot Salad

Ingredients: 

Dressing:
1 tsp fish oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 shallot, chopped
1 chilli pepper
cilantro, chopped, added to taste
liquid removed from can of canned crab
Salad:
6 large swiss chard leaves, chopped


  1. Combine all dressing ingredients.  Heat in pan and reduce for a few minutes.
  2. Add swiss chard until lightly wilted
  3. Remove and serve
