Taco Soup

Ingredients: 

1 14.5 oz can corn
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, including liquid
1 14 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed, or 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked black beans
2 cups chicken stock, or 2 cups water plus 2 tsp chicken bullion
taco seasoning to taste
1 tsp dried onions

Optional toppings:
cheddar cheese
black olives
sour cream
tortilla chips
chives for garnish
