Ingredients: 

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Fresh tarragon


  1. Combine vinegar with fresh tarragon in a lidded jar.
  2. Crush or roll the tarragon slightly to release the flavor.
  3. Allow flavor to infuse into the vinegar overnight or up to a week.
  4. Use as a marinade for fish or as the base for a dressing.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Makes multiple servings.
