Teal Vanilla Macarons with Chocolate Ganache Filling

3/4 cup almond flour
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 egg whites
1 pinch cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp teal food coloring

Chocolate Ganache Filling (from David Lebovitz)
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
4 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped (I used chocolate chips)
1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
