1 can (12 1/2 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained and rinsed, or 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
