1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey (or agave nectar)
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons tequila
