1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon cumin, heaping
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chipolte or cayenne pepper
1 -2 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste
scallions and extra tomatoes to garnish
